I have requested freeze on april 13 due to phone lost. And now my phone number was recovered . Ticket was issue for dormancy but here requeste by me for freeze. So please changes ticket dormancy to self-freeze.i asked to agent how much time its take he told me waiting for 27th april.I really need to do transactions please helps me
