Unable to Open Account- Account Rejected by the System

I attempted to open an account two days ago, but the app displayed a message stating that my account had been rejected by the system.

After raising a ticket, the support staff informed me that I need to wait for a while to open the account. Is there currently a waiting period or any other requirement for opening a bank account?

Can the team please suggest the best solution to resolve this issue as I genuinely want to be part of the Jupiter community!
