I’m trying to link my Federal Bank account on the NPCI website for DBT, but after submitting all the details, the website shows the message: “Your bank is not responding.”
This is important for me. Does anyone know why this happens or how to solve it?

Hi @Rahul_Hui - You need to visit a physical branch for the DBT linking.
You need to have an account where KYC is completed. Post that, you need to visit the branch, fill out the “Aadhaar Seeding Form” (note that Aadhaar seeding differs from Aadhaar updation), and submit it at the same branch. Within 3-5 working days, you would be able to use the DBT.
