I have applied for Jupiter csb edge rupay credit card on Jupiter money website. After getting my CIBIL SCORE hit , I was shown credit limit of 40k and it was shown to complete the application process on Jupiter app. When I try to login to app, after verifying my mobile number it is showing SORRY YOUR PROFILE COULD NOT BE CREATED. The app stuck at this error page only. Can anyone help how to resolve this? After credit limit approval this is happening.
