Unable to Create My Federal Bank Account – Stuck on ₹10,000 Deposit Screen

I am trying to create a new Federal Bank Savings Account through the Jupiter app, but I am unable to proceed because I am stuck on the screen that asks me to add ₹10,000 to my new account to activate PRO benefits.

I have attached a screenshot of the screen where the process stops.

My requirement is a regular zero-balance salary savings account. At the moment, I do not want to deposit ₹10,000 or activate the PRO benefits. I simply want to complete the account opening process and continue with a standard account.

Could you please help me with the following?

  1. Is the ₹10,000 deposit mandatory to open a Federal Bank account through Jupiter?
  2. Is there any option to skip this step and continue with a regular zero-balance savings/salary account?
  3. If yes, could you please guide me through the exact steps to complete the account opening process?
  4. If this is a technical issue, could you please let me know how I can proceed?

I would really appreciate your guidance, as I’m unable to move beyond this screen.

Thank you for your support.

Hi @Diksha_Bhutekar Welcome to the community.

We understand your requirement but unfortunately we do not provide a zero balance account. As per our new CVP, the deposit is required and this also helps you in earning Jewels (cashback) on eligible transactions, Forex Fee reversal up to INR 25,000 per month and also to get waiver on the annual maintenance charges on debit card.
