When I contact the help center im routed to the account services section, but when I choose to close account there, it shows I need to transfer all my investments out, and it says I have 181 rupees in gold which I dont. There’s no way to sell it off. seems to be some sort of bug. I’m sort of stuck in a loop unable to contact real agents nor follow the automated process.
