Unable to Add Bank Account for Credit Balance Refund

I am getting the following error message when I am trying to add a bank account for credit balance refund:

“Your bank account could not be added. Error during verification. Please try again later or contact support team.”

I have tried with five different bank accounts. But I am getting the very same response every time.
