One feature that I always go back to another app or find Jupiter incomplete is travel booking. It would be great if the team manage to include it in the app.
@Jamiefraser this is interesting.
You are suggesting that Jupiter should become a super app. I don’t see why not?
It is already trying to be holistic banking experience. UPI, INVESTMENT, CREDIT CARD, LOANS, BILL PAYMENTS and as you said why not the rest.?
This is a great idea, I just hate all OTAs, when I was in the US - chase app was my go to travel booking
True that this makes sense. If I get an experience just like MMT’s of the world or better than that I would anyday opt for Jupiter. @alexnazy @razack @Souvik_Dey @specter @Aswin_Benny @DigitaL @yagnesh01 your views?
Why not bro? On the business side too, this makes sense for Jupiter. But at the same time, a I don’t want a flow which redirects me to any other OTA.
Couple of days back I was reading how JP Morgan is acquiring travel companies across the world and integrating it in the banking ecosystem of theirs. And how Nubank has launched a native flow of travel for its users so they can book the tickets on the platform of Nubank itself without leaving the ecosystem.
Travel focused features on the Jupiter app. That would be interesting. And now that it has become my go to app for almost all of my banking & investment needs, I do not see a reason for not trying out the travel focused features as and when they are introduced.
Interesting, hdfc is doing that but quite poorly, Jupiter has a great opportunity here
Interesting, and +1 from me.
We should start with essential features like bus and train bookings, and then we can add more functionalities and expand later.
There is a license fee to be paid to IRCTC for train, so I think Flight, Hotel and Bus can be a good option to start with.
True that
