Regarding Split bills feature, Jupiter is already working on it and we can expect it near future. 
I’m uncertain about the functionality and effectiveness of features like crowdfunded projects or community-driven investments as there are already many platforms and organizations for such opportunities. Moreover, I doubt such features may shift away Jupiter from the core banking features that are already established (these are only my personal opinions 
).
