I’m using an iPhone 14 Pro (iOS 26.0.1) with the Jupiter app version 3.2.9.
From the past couple of months, I’ve been facing an issue where the camera doesn’t focus properly while scanning QR codes in the “Scan & Pay” section.
This happens around 2 out of 5 times — the camera just won’t focus, making it difficult to scan.
Even if I go back and reopen the Scan & Pay option, the issue continues.
Other apps like GPay and Paytm work fine with the same camera.
This shouldn’t have happened. Hope you’ve updated the app to 3.2.10 (latest build).
The image looks like a dark lit background. Maybe the light (torch) button could make it work? Not sure
Or try tapping at the center for focus? Like we do it on camera apps. Let us know if these methods work. Ideally these methods should not be required, but just hygiene checks.
