Thank you for your response.

As mentioned in your email, if the SafeGold Digital Gold holding is less than ₹10 (but more than ₹2), it should be possible to sell the entire holding in a single transaction.

However, users are still seeing the message “Minimum selling amount is ₹10”, and the option to sell the entire balance below ₹10 does not appear to be available. Could you please clarify how this exception is supposed to work?

Also, a minimum sell amount of ₹2 is generally more convenient and user-friendly, as it provides greater flexibility in managing Digital Gold holdings. It would be appreciated if this feedback could be shared with the relevant team for consideration.

I checked with the team, and the flow had been temporarily disabled due to a technical glitch. I’m happy to let you know that it has now been restored.

You can now try selling your Digital Gold again. If your total gold holding is less than ₹10, please make sure to sell your entire holding in a single transaction, as partial redemption is not supported for balances below ₹10.
