I have completed full KYC (VKYC done) for my account. Yet I receive a prompt every week to complete the KYC. This needs to be looked into to ensure users with full KYC don’t receive these prompts

Almost same issue persists for me too. When complete KYC is pressed, it says my profile cannot be verified. Because of this am not able to withdraw funds from Pots. May be my KYC verification is incomplete.
