I have requested some payment from another app and i see the time stamp of the payment as ahead of time.
See the time on the notification tray and the timestamp in the payment request.
From my knowledge, the timestamps for the payment request in the app are usually for expiry.
It gives the users some time to process the payment before it collection ends.

If you look closely, you’ll notice that it displays the expiry time of the payment request, not the time it was initiated. I hope this clarifies any confusion.
