I am a new user of Jupiter, earlier I was using Fi Money (which is now being shut down). In Fi there was an option called smart deposits in which I was able to create auto-SIPs to invest some money daily/weekly/monthly for say bike or car maintenance, etc.
As it is shutting down I researched and found that Jupiter has a similar feature named Pots and Habits. So i created my account yesterday and did my full KYC.
I created new Pots as per my requirements but I am not getting any option for Auto-SIP/Habits. I contacted the customer support but the steps/options they asked me to check on the app did not help and I am still not able to see/access the Pots habits.
Does anyone know how to resolve this?
