I got access to bard today. This is what I did…
Connect VPN to USA and open bard.google.com and select add to waitlist (you must be logged in to your Google account)
Wait a day, you would get approved. Connect VPN and open the same website again…

Thank you, Aswin. I would like to ask for assistance with some basic calculations and determine their credibility. Unfortunately, ChatGPT’s performance in calculations did not meet my expectations.

Abdul, it is recommended you don’t use a chrome extension based VPN. Considering you extensively use you laptop, use Proton VPN that Ashwin recommended. I use it as well. Safe and quick.
