Mutual Funds Redemption

Tried to redeem the funds but didn’t see an option to do so. Please help!

Dear @Rohith_Singh_Rajput , welcome to the Jupiter Community.
As I can see from an earlier post by our community member, you can redeem the fund directly from the Asset management company’s (AMC)website.

Please ensure that your investment is in an open-end scheme and not an Equity Linked Savings Scheme, as the latter may have a lock-in period.

Mutual Funds redemption issue

Hi, I invested 5k from Jupiter app in a mutual fund. After few days, I did redemption from the fund directly from AMC website and got money to my account. Still, that investment is showing in the Jupiter app which is not correct. Please fix. PS: I did redemption more than 10 days back.

Hi Rohith, like Abdul mentioned, if the fund you trying yo redeem is not an ELSS fund or does not have lock in period, please ensure you are reporting the issue to the support team via support channel so that the issue can be addressed and more importantly if there is a bug, it gets quashed.
