Hi everyone, I converted 8,562 Jupiter Jewels into 1,427 Maharaja Points on August 13. The transaction is still showing as “Maharaja Points redemption initiated” and the points haven’t been credited yet.
Jupiter mentions that Maharaja Points should be credited within 3–5 working days. Has anyone else faced a similar delay recently?
Also, after the latest Jupiter app update, I’m no longer able to find the Maharaja Points conversion / Miles Transfer option in the app.
Is the conversion option removed for everyone, or is this a temporary issue with the new app update?
Could someone from Jupiter please clarify and help resolve the pending conversion as well?
Maharaja points will be live soon. We have encountered an issue with the Maharaja APIs and the team is working to get it fixed. You will hear from us on this soon.
I checked with Android and iOS users who are on 3.2.61, everyone is able to see Maharaja points option. If you are still not able to see, DM your details to @Christo_Francis
