Loan is not getting processed

I have a pre-approved mini loan offer of 19k, and I did KYC. I selected the required amount out of 19k and clicked the approved offer. Minimum is 15k. But when I click Proceed, it says it’s double-checking, and then after some time it takes me back and says Please select your loan amount again.
