Lately i am unable to redeem the jewels that got accumulated despite maintaining pro version since the beginning of this year.
Everytime the message is the same, you have only 5 jewels available for redemption and maintain pro status for next month to redeem.
Is that done wantedly by Jupiter to not give any rewards to its customers?also i was surprised by the fact that I cannot really reach any customer care support team regarding anything. This not how I want to see Jupiter.
@Satheesh_Chandra - Only eligible transactions get rewarded. You can check against every transaction if it earned you reward points. If you go to the rewards tab, you will be able to see the details in the history section. If you feel, there is a discrepancy, please report back. Lastly, kindly check the pro benefits page to understand the eligible transactions for rewards.
This is exactly what i was talking about, there is some serious deterioration in support to customers. I clearly mentioned that I am unable to redeem the jewels(which I obviously earned as rewards)despite maintaining pro status, the question was not at all about earning the jewels.
You guys didn’t even looked into the issue properly or escalated it to the appropriate team to investigate what’s going on. If there is a chance to report to the concerned team i would have done it myself.
The support page and chatbot is just waste of time. It never really helped in resolving the issue nor connect us to a support personnel.
As mentioned in my last message, if you go to the rewards page and check the history, it will give you every single detail which includes how much was earned for a transaction and when it unlocks. We also mention the date on which the reward points unlock! I will encourage you to explore the section. Navigation - Top right corner > Rewards Pill > Liftetime Jewels History.
