Introducing a new rewards structure at Jupiter 🎁

Is anybody received the big busket cashback ? How I will receive it directly cashback or in jewels ? My order already shifted but cashback still not received :unamused:

Sani, the cash back will be credited after the order is delivered. I have not read the terms & conditions but that is usually the case

As per the T&C, the cashback will be credited in the form of jewels.

gathering feedback is useless here in this context.
because they’ve already decided what they’re gonna do and despite almost everybody disliking the change, it’s going to be implemented anyway.
and almost every bank announces these kind of changes with at least 30-45 days in advance, kind of a standard business practice.

Point taken. Having said that, they did announce it here before simply updating the website or sending out a communication.

In community we are the helping team, who are help to build and added more value in Jupiter, finding problem, solution, bug finding… And more things

So Every employees and also management including ceo communicate with us and discuss everything with us…

It’s not the final decision, you can saw the the topic of Debit card charges… ( they first decide AMC 300 then decreased by our feedback and suggestions)

Like you, you are also a community member . So you can also suggest or feedback Here… You are also welcome in our community.

Final decision should be different , and also user will received update before implementation ( As per RBI rules)

Update: the offer only working with big busket app only … If you order product from desktop or mobile browser it’s not working.

Let’s simplified: by browser there is a option upi > u need enter the id and send request> open Jupiter app and approve the upi payment request).

man, I am here in this community ever since the beginning, I know exactly what it is for.
I’ve participated in many such feedback threads/sessions and have directly communicated over phone with Jupiter team which Shawn Pinto here had organized.
if you don’t understand a certain comment, don’t reply with useless long messages.

Hello @sani I think @Krishnendu_Chowdhury want to say that They didn’t post it for discussion but they posted it as notification and probably won’t make any changes. But still everyone is free to give their feedback on this.

Team’s dicision for the growth of Jupiter.

After some months they will reduce the jewels that we earn also.
One thing to note if someone refer somebody he gets 500 jewels = 100 ₹ wonderful :woozy_face:

True, do you guys know i was getting 700 rupees for creating new Jupiter account. CAC being 700 is wayyyyy toooo high. So i opened i account through cashkaro which gave me 500 rupees and then referred through my own Jupiter account which gave me 300 rupees. Well i should report it to jupiter as a bug.

Why are we doing this?
The new rewards structure will help us create more opportunities for users. There is more flexibility to introduce jewel earning offers & as mentioned we are looking to provide more ways to redeem your jewels (vouchers, deals, etc)

The transition from Old to New Construct -

  1. Jewel earning offers on Debit Card & UPI , will be updated to 5X with updated limits of 750 :jewel: and 500 :jewel: respectively and the new redemption rate will apply
  2. To ensure no impact, and fairness to existing users, we will provide a one-time jewel credit equal to 4x of your jewel balance.

While we make this change, being simple and transparent always remains a core principle.

I can understand the sentiment around “why change a good thing”, but for the reasons mentioned above, things need to evolve :slightly_smiling_face:

Thanks for the clarification totally in for the change as you mentioned there will be more ways to earn jewels and redeem them. Hoping for a smooth experience after the change.
