Yes, but actually I didnโ€™t open that bank account suddenly I got mail from SBM Welcome To our Bank Like this.

I donโ€™t know how is it possible but I have not opened my account in IND Money.

@CarolinMerces Thatโ€™s strange. You definitely might want to check with them why this happened. It could be a mistake.

With ind money thats not a Savings account that just a account which can only be used for investing through ind moneyโ€ฆ i recently watched some YouTube video so just saying i am not Fully sure about this thing but its not a savings account

For making international remittance cheaper for investing in US stocks , vested and ind money have partnered with SBM bank. So when you open account with ind money or vested they offer Ind money super saver account and vested direct account which opens account in SBM as well.
You can use it as a savings account as well using net banking and mobile banking. You wonโ€™t be provided debit card though.

PS: I have vested direct account.

I had read in some forum that you might come under the Income Tax Department radar if you have more than a few bank accounts. Itโ€™s not verified thoughโ€ฆ

I have 7 active accountsโ€ฆ and all having minimum/zero balances. :wink:

HDFC, ICICI, SBI, DBS, IDFC First, Paytm Payments Bank, Airtel Payments Bank & now Federal Bank (Thanks to Jupiter).

I have closed ICICI salary account and SBM (Finin).

Yes indeedโ€ฆ Especially because I maintain only MAB in all of them. Paytm balance check page helps me a lot in that. But most of the times, SBI and Airtel Payments Bank and occasionally ICICI & HDFC UPI is down. So canโ€™t check those balances on Paytm. I have to check them individually which is a hassle.

I forgot to include DBS which is a really good bank too. I like the banking experience with them.

Ah yes, maintaining MAB in many accounts can be a pain.
For checking balances, have you tried linking all your bank accounts in Jupiter?

@Shawnpinto Yes. I had checked the page last night. Only one account balance is shown at a time. It doesnโ€™t give a full idea of all the accounts at a glance.

  8. DBSโ€ฆ canโ€™t think of more but I am pretty sure that there are more.
