Lemme answer the platform bit.
Discord does have faster and quirkier features. The issue is, we have so many folks creating multiple conversations and topics. You can view them like threads here on our platform - discourse.
If it were on discord, it would be a pain to read 1 channel and scroll endlessly.
I can imagine creating 6 unique channels but won’t be able to have unique threads under each.
You can have an app for our community btw. Check this out! It’s really handy - Community on Mobile!
