I already have applied Google Pay code in App Setting.
But it again showing to apply and when i apply a new code, itโs showing as The phone entered is already linked to another code
so why it is showing for existing customer.

You already availed the offer how they will allow once more?. Whether its new code or old they will not allow. And yes the option should not be visible but its showing its a technical problem/bug.
Yes for this purpose i will report it.
