Don’t have experience with NIYO X but between Indie and Jupiter, Jupiter is definitely 1000 times better. Indie is absolutely garbage.

I had a NiyoX account but closed a few months back.
Never tried Indie. So for me, Jupiter is the best :rocket:

Yah! Although Indie app is very laggy and slow, But branch support is there that’s the good thing.

What branch support? Through Indusind? Because in my experience, the customer care support of Indie is pretty bad. You can’t call them without having a talk time recharge and they don’t reply to their email, like, at all.

The thing is, imo if you face any problem with Jupiter account you will be tossed between the two companies Jupiter & federal bank.In other case indie by indusind is one entity.Telling from experience.

By branch support I meant accessing account through visiting Indusind branch.
