No, Paytm Provides SBI Paytm Rupay co branded credit card in collaboration with SBI Cards, that’s why it’s listed there
He is talking about credit line not credit card
But it’s listed under ‘Link UPI Credit’ option and not under ‘Link Rupay Credit Card’.
That what causes confusion
Soon available for customers as pre approved credit line
Only if the savings account is in a particular bank
While trying to link credit line upi from bhim app (testing )
My paytm bank account got linked
Very interesting
As per as i know payment bank in India are not suppose to offer loans to public
Limit?
Same happened with me too…The Paytm payments Bank got linked (the balance is 0). But couldn’t see anything related to credit line
Maybe Paytm Payments Bank offers credit line to every customer
@DigitaL That’s a good point. Payments Bank can’t give out loans.
Could it be possible that RBI is giving an exception for UPI credit line. I highly doubt so.
Hdfc & icici are currently offering credit line on upi
But all are chargeable. Not much useful for many credit card users.
Lazypay/bullet BNPL upi credit line was far better product
Paytm might be planning for a launch in the near future; who knows!
All of you are lucky that you’ll are able to link accounts. I have been struggling to add my Jupiter account for the past 3 weeks and honestly I am loosing my patience as well as interest in the app.
A bit old - from GFF… But interesting.
Well they finally acknowledged their mistakes
I don’t have huge expectations from HDFC. They can get away with the bare minimum. Sometimes even less.
Their internet banking is not fully functional at night times. For example, the credit card section doesn’t work at nights.
It’s the size and scale that is a boon as well as curse.
While we can point out bugs in Jupiter app, the fact remains it is still miles ahead of the HDFC Bank app.
@yagnesh01 True that!
New Payzapp and HDFC sky gives me a positive vibe
Let’s hope that HDFC gets it’s act together.
