When i opened it they asked for phone number, I entered it and otp. I thought it as the bank was trying to keep away spammers.
Then they asked for my name and email๐โฆ
I dont trust banks these days, everything comes with a (*) or 'terms and conditions apply '.
Weeks ago I was trying to open an icici account and midway I stopped the process since the account type was not as advertised by big words โฆ
Next day onwards ICICi employee called and started explaining. I told him I dont need it. He restarted the conversation multiple times like a robot. Next thing I saw a personal loan enquiry by ICICI in credit history 
.
Now I read all the documents from start to end before anything

Banking in the Metaverse might be the next level. Tbh this will take years to evolve.
Imagine using Google glasses/VR or AR Headsets and interact with your banking services
