Personally, I like the 2nd one!
The toggle and the simple graph design caught my eye.
And maybe instead of top-spending, it could show all main categories instead. Like how we have it currently.

Yeah. Maybe the 2nd one should borrow the expense graph from 4th…so that one can easily assess their expense vs income trend.
