I think youtube in morning and Jio Cinema for IPL in evening/night

How do you people spend your day and what kind of apps you browse more? - Typically, i have a 14-15 hours work day. During the course of the day, for work i use WhatsApp, Skype, Gmail, Openphone (VOIP Phone solution), Instagram (to get inputs on tools for small businesses) and the list can go on. For my personal time - Gmail, WhatsApp, Chrome, OTT platforms

How does the usage enhance your life in anyway? - from getting work done to finding additional information to make things easier at work.

If not, what are the steps you take to stop this instant gratification? - I like stepping away with my wife for walks. The best time i get with her.

Spotify, Slack, Discord, Instagram, Chrome, Twitter.
From highest to low in that order.

Ideas pop in and out. But too much internet browsing can tire you.

I’ve kept a screen on time alert for my phone.
It will notify me if I’m using it too much.
