Disappointed with the Lack of Transparency from Jupiter

I recently applied Jupiter’s ₹150 cashback offer for using a RuPay Credit Card via UPI on Zomato. I made my first-ever RuPay UPI transaction, met all the conditions, but was denied the cashback — with the reason being that I’m an “existing user.”

Nowhere in the visible terms was this mentioned clearly. If eligibility depends on account creation date, it should be clearly communicated, not hidden in vague or selectively applied terms.

What’s more concerning is — I’m not alone. Many users are facing the same issue, as seen on Jupiter’s own social media pages.

As a long-time user, this experience has really very disappointing. I hope Jupiter takes user feedback seriously and works toward better transparency and accountability in how such offers are designed and communicated.
