Can’t log in

The app shows that

Sorry,your profile could not be created

Unfortunately ,this can happen when your profile does not match Jupiter’s polices

Actually i wanna know what policy did i break or not follow i just installed app just a few moments ago and here i can’t even log in

Our partner banks have certain criteria’s to onboard users for savings account and credit card. If your application didn’t grow through, it doesn’t mean there is a problem with your profile, it’s just that at this point in time, bank is not onboarding limited customers with certain profile requirements.

Same issue with me also from last 03 months. Multiple mails to Jupiter support but the only reply I get is to write from a registered email id.

Any solution for you yet ?

I noticed an issue which should be fixed.

Let’s say I share the referral link from the app. It’s credit card referral if we see. There is no option to refer to open saving Bank account.

If someone is not eligible to get a credit card, the app shows that the person can’t even open the bank account.
