Hi all, I am new here

I paid a hdfc credit card bill of around 60k. The transaction failed. I used jewels for ~230 discount. The main amount got refunded immediately. The jewels, processing fee and the convenience fee have not been refunded. What should I do? I have sent the email and didn’t receive any response. I tried the chat and the call help, none of them work.
