Today (1 July), I checked the Jewels Cashback section for my Aurora Debit Card, and I noticed that the tracker has been reset from 5,000/5,000 to 0/5,000, which is great.
However, I’m a bit confused. In the Rewards section, it says Flat 5% Cashback, but when I open the Terms & Conditions, it mentions 25% Cashback.
Could you please clarify which cashback rate is actually applicable—5% or 25%?
Also, I have a few suggestions:
- Please consider increasing the cashback benefits for Aurora account holders. For example, after the monthly 5% cashback limit is exhausted, you could offer unlimited 1% or 2% cashback on debit card spends. This would make the card much more rewarding for users with higher spending.
- The current maximum cashback of ₹1,000 per month feels quite low for heavy spenders.
- It would also be great if Aurora account holders could receive a free cheque book, just like Pro and Salary account holders, instead of having to pay for one.
