You guys done devaluation on credit card thats fine but on debit card? I mean seriously peoples are paying joining fees of 5000+ gst & 10000 + gst for what ? To get the debit card devalued i have seen this first with any bank , very disappointing.. the least u can offer the same jewels as the value of cashback but okay

We have not done any devaluation of the Aurora metal debit card jewels. The issuance model of Jewels is the same from very beginnning. However across the app, we have made one change and that is on jewels to cash conversion, the value of jewels will be 14 paisa instead of 20 paisa. This is a change which has been made across all the products of the Jupiter ecosystem.

Jupiter issues cashback only through jewels. Even if you buy an e-voucher, your 100 rupees worth of jewels are getting converted into 100 rupees worth of e-vouchers which is a pre-paid instrument.
You are right. It’s a 30% decrease in Jewels worth. Sad day for all Jupiter users. Will be hard to justify Annual charges for Aurora card now.
