Add Nominee

Hello Jupiter team,I’ve been trying to add nominee ever since opening an account with Jupiter but was unable to :thinking: … I think you should consider bringing this feature on priority as it’s really important.

What error are you facing right now?
I suggest you to raise a ticket by mailing to support@jupiter.money.
Moreover, you can also try Federal bank Netbanking website.

Can you tell how to do it? I have looking through the FEDNET website but couldn’t find any options to add nominee.

@monologuing Accounts → Services → Online Nominee Registration

Thanks for the insight.
I tried to replicate the steps and I could find that to update nominee details it’s asking for transaction password.
But the same I am unable to set inside the fed bank’s net banking website…
Let me try once again to see if there is any alternate method.
