I would like to sincerely clarify that I do not run any registered business, shop, or commercial activity. I do not have GST registration, business registration, shop photos, invoices, or any formal business proof.
The Google Pay Merchant profile was created only for cashback offers, rewards, and receiving small personal payments. It was never created for any business purpose. Some U Money deposit and withdrawal transactions were reflected through merchant settlement entries, which may have appeared as business-related transactions.
These were only small-value personal transactions for cashback/earning purposes and were not related to any illegal activity, trading, fraud, or commercial business operations.
I have already shared all available documents for verification, including PAN Card, Bank Statement, Google Pay Merchant settlement screenshots, U Money deposit/withdrawal screenshots, and merchant profile screenshots.
Since I do not operate any registered business, I am unable to provide GST certificate or formal business documents.
I humbly request you to kindly review my case based on the submitted documents and genuine transaction history. My Jupiter Savings Account is very important for my daily financial needs, and currently my funds are stuck in the account.
I request you to please help unfreeze my account as soon as possible and allow normal account operations again.
