Recently from over a week I have contacted customer care here twice to close the account but they are not listening deliberately. Shockingly your app says to pay 27000 odd as service charges when I don’t hold any Debit credit cards or cheque book with your Bank.
Vibhanshu, I am sure they you would shared with you the break-up of the service charges by now. If not, please share your customer service ticket number @Aayush_Mishra and he can help. Please note the account can’t be closed with pending charges however if you think the charges have been made in error, @Aayush_Mishra can get it reviewed.
Well twice so far I had spoken to executives and both assured that within three working days this will be looked after and they have internally raised this matter but till now nobody showed up. Such good service Jupiter has, Bravo!
Now regarding charges consider these things- I do not have a Debit and Credit card both issued ever from Jupiter. Top of it no Cheque book either. Only thing was non maintenance of Balance. I think it is roughly been two three years of having Jupiter. Now think of charges which I saw in your app says 200 odd rs for non maintenance. In that too I have done transactions in between and so it was not dormant the whole time. Even Swiss Bank won’t charge me this hefty. I wonder it’s a bank or a daylight robbery.

The non-maintenance of balance charges are applicable to both Basic and Pro users if the required minimum balance is not maintained during the month.

I checked your case regarding the pending charges. The amount of ₹27,484 (excluding GST) that is currently reflecting on your account is related to the eNACH mandates that were set up on 28th December 2022.
As per the validation done with the bank, these charges have been pending since October 2023. We reached out to the bank for a detailed review, and they have confirmed the applicable charges. The corresponding details have already been shared with you over email for your reference.

I have replied to your email. What is being bestowed on me forcibly is totally baseless. Kindly give me your customer care number where I can talk on call and understand what went wrong as I do not hold any Credit card or even debit card. Plus no cheque book either nor I have ever taken a loan from Jupiter account so there is no question of ENACH Mandate thingy.

I hope your concerns regarding the pending charges have been clarified.
As per the details shared by the bank, these charges are related to your ZestMoney eNACH mandate. While you mentioned that the loan/EMI has already been repaid, the bank only validates the debit requests raised under the active mandate and does not have visibility into repayments made directly to the merchant.
If the loan was fully repaid on time, ideally ZestMoney should not have presented these debit requests. We recommend reaching out to them to understand why the requests continued to be raised.
Please note that these charges are penalties for unsuccessful debit requests under the eNACH mandate and not the loan repayment amount itself.
