I am writing to request urgent assistance with a login issue that I have been facing for more than two months.
Every time I try to log in to my Jupiter account, I receive the following error message:
“Mobile verification failed (Input data is insufficient or invalid to update device details).”
I have carefully followed all the troubleshooting steps provided by your team, but the issue still persists. I have tried logging in on multiple devices, including both iOS and Android phones, using my SIM card. On every device, the process fails right after I enter my 4-digit MPIN.
At this point, I genuinely do not know what else to try. I have spent countless hours attempting to resolve this issue and have exhausted every solution I could find. This has been incredibly frustrating, and I am feeling completely stuck.
I am sincerely requesting your help. Please investigate this issue and provide a solution as soon as possible. If additional information is required from my side, I will provide it immediately. I just want to regain access to my account and get this problem resolved.
