@Siddharth_B_R The best way to ensure that you are never charged and which will also help you to improve your financial wellness is by maintaining the FD / 10k in savings.
Having said that, if at all we change the terms with regards to the application of charges, we will send an advance intimation to all the concerned.
For now, you can be rest assured that you will not be charged as you have received the waiver email.
I’ve got the mail, but is it a one time waiver or I won’t ever have to pay the maintenance fee? Right now I have pro and have also maintained pro for most of the months. So if I were to drop my MAB below 5k will I be charged the non maintenance fee?
So, Is my Jupiter Account still a 0 balance account or not?
Q2) Second, There is annual Debit Card fees of ₹299 which was ₹199 earlier. In this case, it is mentioned it can be waived off if we satisfy one of these conditions
Is there any tracker to track how many months it has been since I’ve been a PRO Account? Is there any tracker to Track the Spends now, in order to waive the fees?
Q3) The Revised Criteria for Pro is mentioned below
Now Earlier , our NRV (Pots, Super Pots, Fixeed Deposits and Digital Gold) was supposed to be above ₹10,000, now It is nowhere mentioned what the NRV should be and will our Digital Gold be counted towards the NRV or the minimum balance?Following this question, will our FD, Pots, SuperPots, Digital gold counted towards the ₹5,000 minimum balance as stated in Q1?
Q4)Why should I not switch to other neo-banking services after levy of these heavy charges because Jupiter does not have a USP of its own now?
Question for you, team: what happens to the account that are younger than 6 months? Will they need to pay the account closing fee? If so, don’t you think it’s unfair, since they opened the account believing it to be a Zero Balance account? @Jiten@Shawnpinto
These charges are ridiculus to be true. Been a pro user for more than a year , you guys need to collect all the above querries and reply. This was one of my favourite accts. The things you guys are doing will reduce your customer base to the you will regret this decision. For now just come up with detailed answers to all above querries.
I recently deposited ₹10,000 in a Fixed Deposit (FD) in my Jupiter account, expecting it would help me upgrade from the Basic to Pro level. However, despite this deposit and having a Net Relationship Value (NRV) of ₹10,000, my account status is still stuck at the Basic level. I’m wondering if there’s something I’m missing or if there’s an issue with the system. Has anyone else faced a similar issue? Looking forward to some advice on how to get this resolved.
