Please reset my application of Edge+ credit card( Stuck On Not Eligible)

I want to reapply for edge+ credit card but my application was stuck on Not Eligible.

I’m trying to contact with you from past 4 days but no one is replying…Please Help.

According to the applicable policies, you profile is still ineligible for the card. You will see the option enabled in the app once you are eligible.

Sir/Mam,

By mistake, I entered the wrong PIN code, and that PIN code is not serviceable. That is why my application was rejected.

If you could enable the re-apply option for my application, I will enter the correct PIN code. Then my application may be approved.

It is my humble request to kindly give me one chance to re-apply.

Absolutely! Allow @Salini_Chatterjee 3-4 days to get back. @Salini_Chatterjee - Please check if bank is okay to reset the application process.

Hi @Mohit_Singh_Rathore as discussed, please note that as per the process, you will be eligible to reapply after completing the 6-month waiting period. Once you become eligible, the option to reapply will be available to you.
