I see that recently the app refuses to work unless it is given usage access for Google Play Protect. I’m skeptical about my privacy and don’t want to give usage access to any random app. I have been Jupiter for 2 years, and this is a deal breaker for me.
I think this maybe an Android security feature. 
Google has been pushing for a secure Android for sometime now.
Can someone confirm if they are also required to do this?
I believe every banking app requires PP permission to enhance safety and security. At the cost of privacy, though.
