Since, Jupiter bank used federal bank, there should be an option to connect other federal bank account to Jupiter either using Account Aggregator or some other way.
Jupiter’s competitor Fi has this functionality available.

Hi Akshit, we allow all external accounts of Federal bank for users to connect.
We are facing issues in account discovery Federal bank, hence we have disabled it for time being. It will be live again once it is resolved.

They’re also offered the feature 
but maybe there was some problem so they temporarily disabled this
