Not able to activate UPI for Pots

I have activated Pots yesterday but I am still not able to activate the UPI in it.

I opened a chat in Jupiter App itself but I am not sure what was the resolution also because nothing gets shown in the Past tickets also. Currently I am unable to activate the UPI and everything it is giving some kind of error. Kindly help with any resolution or whom I can contact for further clarity.
