There are banks in EU that support Indian passport but you need residence there… Otherwise it’s just new age financial fraud with the regulations.
Only ones I can think are a Swiss ( much harder since 2018) accounts and few in Luxembourg that lets you an account without residency. But it’s definitely not free.
