There should be an option to add notes on what the transaction was about. Sometimes checking the transaction history, users can’t recall what was it about, like for eg., if it shows only the merchant’s name.

There is add note option… sending through UPI u can choose add note or modify" sent via Jupiter" …
Yeah, would be better if it were there for debit card transactions too.
