Not chargeable for existing customers. Accounts opened after 30th June will be charged for debit card.

I blocked my all chargeable debit card ( excluding SBI )
some of them given me 1yr free, then i blocked them 
I use secure cradit card they havenโt any annual maintenance charges.

Itโs free after 1yr , if you maintain 1k MAB in any month previous year.

Kotak 811 account has annual subscription charges of devit card while kotak spendz card is free for lifetime.
