Hello my account got lien if rs 29910, asked to submit a form, I’ve shared all the information. In chat it shows that lien removal process is 3 working days but now it passed 3 working days but nothing happened. Can anyone please help on this? This lien is done for income disparity issues. No complaint or something. Simple a friendly transaction.

Hola… Had a conversation, shared the required documents via mail, passed almost 5 days, no response. Neither chat support nor call is connecting with a real person whom i can talk and ask about the status of my money. If you guys can’t do anything just close my account with Jupiter, had enough of it, transfer the fund to my another account. And i don’t have any ticket ID to share.

Please understand lien mark is added because you have move more money than your declared income, suspicious activities or a law enforcement agency complaints. None of these are attributed to Jupiter.
Since all the above reasons are critical from compliance, AML and other associated reasons, therefore bank might take additional time to lift the lien.
If you would have reached out to us through chat or email, you would have seen a ticket number getting generated.
