Jupiter application is not working

Hi Team,

I can’t able to open my Jupiter application. It’s showing the starting screen I can’t able to press the get started option.

I tried to uninstall and cleared the catches and everything but still it in issue. I am facing things problem from past 3 days.

Kindly assist urgently.
