after more than a week of waiting, contacted Federal customer care and they said address cannot be updated via this method for Jupiter customers @DigitaL
I also tried, my account approved but it’s changed only on fi , Jupiter didn’t
You need to send mail the customer care with attached POI and POA , mention your customer id , account number, mobile number, and updated current address which should match with POA … Always send via registered mail…
After verification they will updated

I guess you should now try changing your communication address via offline branch application request

Yes… They can update communication address by email only now…

Have u ever made any transaction through the in app scan and pay as it doesn’t seems to be working for me since I onboarded it just scan and keeps on loading
Yes, i transacted many times in the app scan and pay.
Axis kwik credit card transaction not working but other bank cc transaction working via kiwi app.
It’s better to skip axis kiwi transaction till the technical glitches sorted out (right now its hit or miss situation)
Multiple refund for failed transaction on hold.

For me from the app kiwi cc not working but I have added it to my Paytm from there it is working
got a stock reply from customer support that it can’t be done

I emailed them again but still haven’t got any reply last they said send us time and screenshot so I did this but no response till now
