U can activate dnd transport Promotional telecommunication , but in my case they block many banking SMS so i deactivated the service
How ? Using mobile app or any 3rd party app?
I never received single promotion call from Jupiter
It’s not accepting by the card Visa Mastercard company and also the private bank also, because rupay network giving too much free service to the marchent, so private bank and visa mastercard will not receive the MDR from them 
I have seen 2 types of DND in my telecom network’s app.
I have enabled the one with more items blocked, never faced any issues upto new.
But rummy ads still gets through the DND 
A new LTF travel Credit card
They don’t allow people having an existing relationship with federal Bank (I don’t know if it is changed). So everyone in the community is out for now 
If I am not wrong, there were discussions about this particular card here, and I believe 2-3 members applied it but were unsuccessful. I also applied for it myself, but unfortunately, mine was rejected as well

Even Jio app had something called Recharge Now, Pay later (don’t know whether it’s available now)
Has to be in beta stage. Last time when I checked, I couldn’t see it on the app.

Jio recharge now pay later option available via 3rd party like simpl/paytm postpaid… While doing recharge via jio app you will get the pay later option at the bottom.
Trai will running by their money why should they block the sms , they’re giving money to trai to purchasing the SMS service
Pay later service is now old age credit service, but it’s good for beginners, for creating c score
