Federal Bank mailing about KYC Update

don’t have fi card, closed before opening Jupiter.

a week have passed
yet to be contacted by anyone from Jupiter/Federal
time given by Federal is running out for me

Received call from Jupiter support today after the last comment.
Seems the only option for me is to visit nearest Federal bank branch to do Physical re-kyc, which is going to be very difficult for me indeed in the short time left.
In general, having to visit branch for any purpose defeats the entire purpose of having a neo-bank account.

I guess all these problems will exist as long as Jupiter depends on an old age bank for it’s backend.

Here’s hoping Jupiter becomes a full fledged bank soon with RBI’s blessings.

@Krishnendu_Chowdhury Generally, one doesn’t have to visit the branch for re kyc, however, because of the error which you are receiving on the banks portal while attempting the re kyc, the only option left is to visit the branch.

As much as we want our customers to do everything with a click of a button using our app, there are a few edge cases wherein a branch visit is inevitable.

We highly regret the inconvenience caused to you in this case.

@Nikhil_Godbole I’m visiting nearest Federal Bank branch today to do re-kyc after informing Jupiter support about which branch I’ll be visiting on Thursday via the mail chain with Raziya from Jupiter shpport.

Branch people have no idea and absolutely clueless about Jupiter kyc and saying they can’t do it.

Wait what?? Is this today or from a previous experience?

@yagnesh01 Has to be today. My understanding is that he had previously informed the Jupiter customer care team about the branch he intended to visit for the re-KYC process, with the hope that they would connect with the branch and make required arrangements. But nothing happened!!!

On a lighter note (my apologies @Krishnendu_Chowdhury ), he is usually the one facing the most interesting of all situations making it easier for the one to follow to tackle them.

Checked out everything from Jupiter account today.
Will raise the closure request tomorrow.
Not gonna hang around to deal with any debit freeze nonsense by Federal.

Got email from Federal Bank and tried uploading documents to see this error “no card details available for authentication”.

This error occur due to a odd reason, as the Federal Bank system doesn’t recognize the Jupiter Debit card.

Any update on this? How can i complete re-kyc. I’m also seeing same debit card error on federal bank portal. I need to complete this before 14th of Feb, otherwise my account will be freeze (as per federal bank message)
